Terms & Conditions – Pro11 Trials

TERMS OF BOOKING

1. THE TERMS

a. These are the terms and conditions (the Terms) on which we will provide the football trial on the date you have selected (the Trial). Please read these terms carefully before you confirm that you wish to participate in the Trial. If you take part in more than one Trial, these terms and conditions shall apply to each and every such Trial that you purchase.
b. If you are under 18 years of age at the time of booking your Trial, your parent or guardian must make the request for a place on the Trial on your behalf.
c. The words “writing” or “written” also include emails.
d. When we use the words “you” or “your” this includes anybody under the age of 18 in respect of whom a parent or guardian has submitted a request.

2. PRO11 TRIALS

a. The Trials are run and organised by Pro11 Limited, company number 11329084, registered at Beswick House, Green Fold Way, Leigh, Lancashire, WN7 3X.

c. We may contact you via email or telephone using the details provided during booking.

3. PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIAL

a. You must register via our website and complete the Booking Form.
b. Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your place.
c. A confirmation email constitutes acceptance and forms a binding contract.
d. We reserve the right to refuse participation and issue a refund if required.

4. MAKING CHANGES OR CANCELLING THE TRIAL

a. Changes must be requested no later than 1 day before the Trial.
b. Refunds are only available if cancelled 14 days before the Trial date.
c. Credits may be issued for rescheduled Trials within 12 months.
d. No refund will be issued if the Trial has already taken place.

5. OUR RIGHTS TO REFUSAL

We may refuse participation if:

a. Payment is not received or fails.
b. Required information is missing.
c. Behaviour breaches these Terms.
d. Attendance is for commercial or scouting purposes.

6. EXPECTED CONDUCT

a. Follow staff instructions.
b. Act respectfully at all times.
c. Maintain positive conduct throughout the Trial.

7. MEDICAL CONDITIONS

a. You confirm fitness to participate.
b. Medical conditions must be disclosed in writing.
c. You consent to emergency medical treatment if required.

8. PRICES & PAYMENTS

a. Prices include VAT where applicable.
b. Discounts may be offered via partners.
c. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

9. CANCELLATIONS

a. Trials may be cancelled due to weather.
b. Alternative dates or refunds will be offered where applicable.

10. LIABILITY

Except for negligence, we accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

a. Media may be captured for marketing purposes.
b. Personal filming is prohibited without written consent.

12–20. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms are governed by English law. All intellectual property remains the property of Pro11 Limited.
