This is Stefan Nicolae, who has signed for Preston North End Academy this week following a recent trial, offered after he was seen by the club at our event in Manchester in March
Stefan has attended several Pro11 events over the last year and gained interest from a number of clubs, but thanks to PNE he is now officially off the market!!
