What To Expect
The first thing to say is that obviously you'll be nervous, but don't worry! All you can do is try your best. And our trials are purposely designed to be as fun and stress free as possible!
Schedule for trial days:
- Registration: Greeted at the venue by Pro11 staff and complete the registration process.
- Briefing: Receive a briefing on what to expect throughout the day, including an introduction to the scouts.
- Trial Session: Begin with a warm-up, followed by 45–50 minutes of various academy-level drills designed for your age group in an enjoyable environment. Our friendly coaches will provide lots of support — and then it’s time for a match!
- Debrief: Parents and players receive information about which clubs attended and which players they’re interested in. Feedback is also available from our coaches so you can learn what you did well and what to improve on.
